I have a question . . .

just a general question of opinion for those of you out there who read fic
(*gasp* there might possibly be people on my friendslist who read fic?! no way!)

  • do you *need* things in a story to happen in accordance (time/event wise) to what really happend in life?
  • or can an author move things around to fit the story?

  •   - specifically speaking pre!sync and early!sync

okay so here's a more specific question

what about things that happend before nsync was actually nsync. like when Joey and Chris worked at universal and JC and Justin were on MMC.

would it bother you to have the timeline a little wonky? as long as the whole 'becoming a group' wasn't changed?

I'm not so good with that timeline so, if I didn't know, it wouldn't bother me at all. And, honestly, if it's a good story I can worh though that.
