wow. sometimes people amaze me. and not in a good way.
I stopped at the gas station this morning to get a soda. As I was waiting in line to pay the gentleman in front of me was arguing with the cashier. I was curious so I listened in.
Turns out he has bought a gallon of gas. as in 1. a single gallon.
the price of gas right now is $2.379.
she charged him $2.38 for that gallon of gas. - which I'm sure makes sense to most people
he argued with her for a good 10 minutes that he should only have to pay $2.37 for that gallon of gas. He argued over a penny.
He finally gave in, demanded a receipt then walked out bitching that 'you can't even get a real gallon of gas here'
*shakes head* oh my.

And dude, what was up with her? Take a flipping penny out of your own pocket, cashier-lady, and get that guy out of your store.
